Whether you've had your fill of that glorious white stuff or you haven't even seen a flurry yet this winter, you will surely enjoy this craft. And the kids will too! We're talking about DIY snow. And we haven't even shared the best part yet; you can play with this stuff as long as you want without having to thaw out some cold hands. We made this recipe in our Western Chief office, and had a blast. You only need a couple ingredients, and it takes less than 10 minutes to make. Read on to discover what you'll need for this fun DIY project!
Ingredients:
32 oz of baking soda
10 oz can of shaving cream
Large plastic container for mixing
A pinch of imagination
Directions:
- Dump your baking soda into plastic container
- Squirt a mound of shaving cream on top of your baking soda, roll of your sleeves, and dig in.
- Mix until the mixture is crumbly and resembles the texture of snow you're looking for.
- Add more shaving cream as needed!
That's it. Enjoy playing with snow inside for a change!
