It’s Ice Cream Soda Day! We couldn’t let this holiday pass without whipping up a few tasty concoctions to share with our friends.  So raise your ice cream soda glasses and cheers to the summer!

Here's what you'll need:

Half and Half

Your choice of syrup flavoring

Soda

Whipped Cream for topping

Vanilla Ice Cream (Or a completely different flavor of your choosing!)

For the best results, follow these steps:

1. Cool the glass for about 10 minutes in the freezer prior to mixing.
2. Pour about 3 tablespoons of syrup into the base of the glass and another 2 tablespoons of half and half. Mix it up.
3. Pour in enough soda to fill about half of the glass.
4. Drop in 2 to 3 small scoops of ice cream, top with whipping cream, and serve!
